Founder and Principal
Marti G. O’Hare is the founder and principal attorney of Mg O’Hare Law, The Business Dispute Clinic. With over twenty years of experience in alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”), Marti re-branded her law firm in 2011 to focus on helping professionals and businesses to resolve disputes cost-effectively. Marti has been working with clients to increase revenues, customer retention rates and reduce costs.
I have been practicing law for nearly thirty-five (35) years. My legal experience spans the spectrum of working in litigation (including trial practice), business transactions and academics. Prior to admission to the bar, I worked for Salomon Brothers, (currently Morgan Stanley Smith Barney), and Chemical Bank (currently JP Morgan Chase). Once I was admitted to practice, and with an emphasis in litigation, I worked for a private law firm and a non-profit organization. In 1996 I decided to open my own law firm, and have never looked back.
